The Eco Committee have been very busy all year helping me and they have been a pleasure to work with. They have met with lots of outside agencies and myself for various activities and they have had the opportunity to lead many assemblies to ensure that the whole school were involved in all Eco School activities.
We have been very busy but we have also had lots of fun throughout the year.
Today we had our Eco School Assessment and the Eco Committee made sure that they were very organised and knew exactly what was happening. They had a great conversation with Cathy and Jill about what they have been doing from September. They also took Jill and Cathy on a very detailed tour of our school.
I am pleased to say that Jill and Cathy were very impressed with our work and were thrilled to award us with our Second Green Flag.
Thank you to all pupils, staff and parents/grandparents that have supported our Eco School this year but a massive thank you to my super Eco Committee - I could not have done it without you!!
